Returns/Exchanges

How do I return for exchange or refund?

We are sorry to hear that you will need to exchange or return your purchase. To ensure that we resolve this matter as quickly as possible for you, our return policy is to gladly accept unworn merchandise within 30 days of purchase.

New merchandise will ship out once merchandise from initial order has been received.

Returns are processed within 5-10 business days after they have been received.  All returned merchandise must be returned in the original packaging with your packing slip/invoice. This is very important in order for us to be able to process your return in a timely manner.

Shipping/Return charges are not refundable.  There are no returns or exchanges on clutches, clothing or swimsuits, and we only issue refunds for unworn shoes.

To return your items follow the steps below:

1)     UPS label is to be taped to the outside of your AbstractSoles return

2)    Send back your items by dropping them off at any UPS location or scheduling a

        time for UPS to pick up merchandise from you shipping address. 

When returning items with our UPS return label, your shipping and/or return cost will be deducted from your refund credit.

The first exchange is free, any exchanges after will need to be paid COD when UPS delivers.  Package will not be left if charges are not paid.  

AbstractSoles is not responsible for missing, damaged, or packages lost in transit.
Refused or Undeliverable Packages
 are subject to return shipping costs. 
Return shipping costs vary by shipping method used in the order.
